Suki

Before we moved to the sanctuary site, we lived in a rented cottage nearby for a few months. Just a few weeks after moving to the cottage, a skinny grey feral cat starting coming round to visit. She was shy at first, but after a few weeks of Dreamies and compliments, she was showing up promptly for her meals twice a day. Once she finally trusted us enough to given her a little stroke here and there, it became clear that she was pregnant.

On 24th May 2021, the newly christened Suki gave birth to four lovely kittens in our front porch. Suki was an amazing mum and all four kittens were healthy happy terrors. Three of the little ones were re-homed (Calzy, Llew and Lenny) and the one little girl (Olive) joined our family along with Suki. ❤️
